A Healthy Start

I love getting creative with breakfast, it would have to be one of my favourite meals of the day. This one is super easy and I often put it in a glass jar with a lid for on the go busy days.

INGREDIENTS:

50grams of Quick Oats

1/2 Yopro or Chobani Yoghurt (flavour of your choice)

120-150grams of Strawberries

Cinnamon (as much as you like)

25-30ml Queens Sugar Free Maple Syrup

METHOD:

Place the oats into a jar or container

Add in cold water – just enough to cover the oats but not so much that there is excess liquid

Add cinnamon and maple syrup

Place in the fridge for at least 30mins – it doesn’t matter if it is longer or overnight

Once oats have soaked – add yoghurt and strawberries

Stir through and combine – enjoy!
